What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, email and phone, along with the products you ordered.
• Messages: whatever you send through the contact form, the COA request or the site chat.
• Site preferences: language, light or dark mode, and accessibility settings. These live in your browser, not on our server.

What we use it for

To pack and ship your order, answer your questions, send the certificate of analysis you asked for and, if you subscribe, send a few emails a year from the farm.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not collect card data on this site. We do not use your messages for anything but replying to you.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep your cart, and a language cookie to remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. Your theme and accessibility settings live in your browser's local storage and never reach us.
