Shipping & Returns

Where we ship from

Every order leaves our farm in Durango, Colorado, usually within two business days. Four Corners orders tend to arrive sooner, simply because they have less distance to travel.

Shipping cost

A flat $6.95. Free on orders over $75.00. The exact options for your address are shown at checkout.

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email bloodhoundhempfarms@gmail.com first so we know it is coming.

If something is wrong with a batch

Call us on (970) 444-2752. You will reach us, and we will make it right.

Storage

Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place with the cap tight. MCT oil may thicken or look cloudy when cold; let it return to room temperature and shake before use.
