A Simple CBD Oil Dosing Guide for Dogs
Start low. For most dogs we suggest beginning at 0.25–0.5ml per day, straight from the dropper or stirred into a meal. A full 1ml dropper of our Bacon oil is 20mg of CBD, so a quarter dropper is about 5mg.
Go slow. Give the same serving for several days before changing anything. Bodies need time, and small steady changes are easier to read than big jumps.
Write it down. Keep a note of the serving, the time of day and what you notice. Over two or three weeks a pattern appears that you would otherwise miss.
Larger dogs often do better with the Plain 750mg oil simply because you can reach a bigger serving without emptying the bottle. And before you start, talk to your veterinarian — especially if your dog takes any medication.
