“CBD oil promises pain, anxiety relief to Durango dogs” — The Durango Herald
The Durango Herald covered the growing number of local pet owners turning to hemp-derived CBD for their aging dogs, and spoke with owners in town about what led them to try it.
The story is also where our own beginning shows up in print. Cammy Donnen and Jeff Blevans went looking in Durango pet shops for a CBD oil their senior bloodhound, Memphis, could actually take. What they found was difficult to give a dog at all, so they decided to grow and make something better.
That is still what we do. We grow hemp at high altitude here in Durango with natural methods and no pesticides, blend the full-spectrum extract with MCT coconut oil, and send every batch to an independent lab before it goes in a bottle.
