What Is the Entourage Effect, and Why Do We Make Full-Spectrum Oil?

Hemp contains far more than cannabidiol. Alongside CBD there are minor cannabinoids such as CBG and CBC, plus terpenes and flavonoids — the aromatic compounds that give the plant its smell and much of its antioxidant character.
Isolate products strip all of that away and leave CBD on its own. Full-spectrum oil keeps the group together, and the working theory, known as the entourage effect, is that the compounds support one another so the whole blend does more than CBD alone.
Every mammal, from a Great Dane to a house cat, has an endocannabinoid system that helps regulate mood, sleep, appetite and comfort. Full-spectrum hemp oil works with that system gently and is non-intoxicating.
That is why we have never made an isolate. We grow the whole plant, so we bottle the whole plant.
Every pet is different. Talk to your veterinarian before starting CBD, especially if your pet takes any medication.
